A peaceful 1 double bedroom en suite annexe (attached to house but seperated by a locked door) within the South Downs National ParK. A short drive takes you to Goodwood, Arundel, miles of South Downs Way walking and various beaches. We offer a self catering kitchenette with light airy living space. 🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

IVY COTTAGE

Georgian grade 2 listed stone built cottage in the historic centre of Pulborough near Southdowns overlooking the medieval church. It retains its old character but has modern amenities and comfort with plenty of space. The large conservatory overlooks the pretty cottage garden with a secluded sitting area. The house is quiet despite being close to the A29 road and is 5 minutes walk from the station and Tesco and footpaths easily accessible. Beaches and Goodwood are within 20 minutes.
