A beautiful mountain house of 110 square meters located a short walk from the ski slope and black boat iron. Here you have everything you could want with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, open social spaces and a lovely sauna. In the living room on the lower floor, there is also a fireplace. The house was built in 2022 and maintains high standard. In Klövsjö you can enjoy nice nature, good skiing and within a short drive you also have Vemdalen with even more options for skiing if desired. Welcome!

The cottage is close to Storsjön, Dammån and nice trails for hiking and cross-country skiing. In just 18 minutes, you can reach the two ski systems of Bydalsfjäll with alpine slopes and restaurants. For a wider range and more action, Åre is 55 minutes away. Here you can enjoy fishing, skiing, hiking and peaceful nature - in the middle of Jämtland. Welcome with your booking!

Large accommodation with proximity to lake and sports field

Stay with family or friends in this nice suterränghus with laundry room, office space, a small gym, backyard with playhouse and trampoline, balcony, etc. Winter time is plowed an ice skating rink in the area and summer time there is a play park. 5 km to the city, 1,5 km to the grocery store and a few minutes walk both down to Storsjön and up to Odensala sports fields where the Storsjöcupen is held. Perfect location at Solhöjden in Björnrike

New house from 2020 with great location in Björnrike furnished for 8 people. The house with 95 m2 of space is located on Solhöjden with great views of the mountain Sonfjället and a south-west facing sun-deck. It’s perfect for a group of friends or two families travelling together! From the ski slopes there is a 400m sloping road to reach the cabin or the same from the cabin back down to the slopes at the newly opened Björnrike Ski Club. With sufficient snow you can go on skis both ways.

Cozy large villa

With 10 minutes drive to Östersund(bike 25 min, bus 15 min) is our villa in rural Ås. Åsbygden has a fantastic view of Storsjön and the mountains. Lovely porch with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and spices. Child friendly. In km to swimming area and nice ski tracks in winter. In the basement floor there are two bedrooms(cool hot days) and sauna/relaxation. Access to bike, skateboard, unicycle, canoe, club games, and ping pong table etc. In winter, there are kicks, snowracer and mattress.

Ski In/Ski out in Gräftåvallen's ski system and about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over the hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. Gräftåvallen houses Sweden's largest ski club and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45km prepared ski tracks. In the cottage there is everything needed for a ski holiday with large social areas, fireplace and sauna.

Relax in the sauna after a workout in our gym, or enjoy a movie in the basement cinema. Good bus connections and only 10 minutes by car or bus to the city center. 10 minutes by walking to a supermarket and 50 meters to the lake. Fully equipped for families with children.
