It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Instruction and key handover are only possible in German language. Smoking is not allowed.

The Steilrand guesthouse comprises a single living room with a dining area and kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The living area features a sofa bed for two people. There is also a loft bed for two people. Outside, there is a terrace on a wooden deck. The guesthouse is located close to the A67 motorway / Bundesautobahn 40 and other major roads, making it easily accessible for activities further afield. Towels and bed linens are included.

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment.
