Holiday rentals with a patio in Stratmoor

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area and would absolutely stay here again. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos- light, bright, sunny and airy. Super clean, well maintained, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches like games, nice coffee selection, hot cocoa, water bottles, umbrellas, kitchen staples etc. The host was a good communicator, super responsive and made sure the pack and play and changing pad were up before our arrival with our baby. The balcony and patio are a lovely spot to sit outside. The AirBnB is right behind the host's house but they respected our privacy and we felt like we had our own private space to enjoy. Overall a very comfortable, lovely and thoughtfully done AirBnB with a host who cares about the guest's experience and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

The hosts were fantastically responsive, and friendly! The Airbnb has a communal feel, but the rooms are private if you want to be alone. Our unit was clean, quaint and welcoming. We could walk to all locations in our agenda (in town for a wedding) and Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are less than a 10 minute drive. The hosts provide numerous suggestions for things to do in the area and places to eat and drink. They have a tie dye store on property where guests, and the general public, can tie dye items. Guests get a discount too. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

Wonderful space. Well laid out to accommodate 5 adults. Great location to Garden of Gods, Broadmore, Flying W Ranch, etc. Mark was very responsive, friendly, & responded quickly. Linens, towels, well-appointed kitchen, beautiful view off spacious back deck, etc—all was great. Highly recommend.

Great quiet, clean place and comfortable apartment. I will stay here again! the Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Finding the place was very clear and the instructions to get to the apartment are really easy to follow.

Wow! This has been by far the most beautiful and enriching family vacation we have experienced. The Living Room had breath taking views of the mountains, surrounding farms and wildlife that could be seen from inside the home and from the lovely patio. Whether waking with a Nespresso coffee or tea in hand on the patio, eating meals or playing cards at the dinner table or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub the experience was amazing. The word WOW is the best way for us to describe our stay. Mark and Renee were wonderful and attentive hosts. They are very organized and had books that helped us find fun things to do. The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook many meals at the Airbnb and had many options for dinning out if desired. We are so grateful to have the luxury of enjoying such a wonderful experience and plan to come visit again in the coming years.

The place was wonderful and Tanya was very nice and helpful. I text her to let her know Iwas going to be arriving earlier than I thought in Olorado and she allowed me to check on early. I would definitely stay here again.

Jacquie's place was perfect! It was a lovely stay. We were in the area to do some sightseeing and to check out Desert Reef Hot Springs. Great cottage, we really liked the style. Felt at home the minute we walked in. Everything was spotless and the hot tub was a nice feature. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

This was a great place for what we needed. We visited for a friend and just needed something close and cheap for the night. I will say if you're expecting to stay in the home more than explore, it is quite small and the shower was tight for someone 6 foot 200 pounds. For what we needed, it was perfect.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Emily’s place for our honeymoon! We loved how quiet the location was and how cute and cozy the home was. Everything was really close too, so no long drives!

Gina was an amazing hostess who was very responsive and helpful. Her place was awesome and came with every amenity needed and then some! The outdoor space was awesome and we took full advantage of it. Great location to downtown Old North End Colorado Springs and easy access to I25. There was a park within walking distance for those staying with littles.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

This place was absolutely amazing. Deserves higher than the highest rating. Went above and beyond when we locked ourselves out to get us back in quickly- even at great personal inconvenience to them!

The hosts were super friendly and accommodative. They even offered us a late checkout without us asking. The deck and views are spectacular! Beds are very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

The best part of staying at this location was that it was only a 3 minute drive to our kids. That made it so easy to spend time with them. We basically only slept there because we were out enjoying all the things to do in this area. Kristin was very helpful with a few of our needs & went above & beyond making sure that things were good for us. That was very appreciated!
