Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Unser charmantes Tiny House steht auf einer kleinen Anhöhe etwas abseits von unserem kleinen Bauernhof im Vorderen Bayerischen Wald. Idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, eingebettet von Wiesen und einem Bachlauf sind wir dennoch nur 4 km vom Markt Scharzach mit den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Von der großzügigen Holzterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Rundblick über die saftig grünen Wiesen, zu unserem Hausberg (Degenberg), bis in den Bauerngarten.

The living room with air conditioning also has a pull-out sofa bed. For shared use, our garden with swimming pool (season mid-May-Sept.) Trampoline, large meadow for playing football, fire bowl and barbecue available. We are located exactly between Regensburg and the Oberpfälzer Seenland (about 20 km).
