Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein neues Boxspringbett und eine Schlafcouch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit großer Couch und Wohnwand mit TV. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer kleinen Auswahl von Getränken gefüllt die Sie laut Preisliste erwerben können.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. We provide peace, beautiful nature, warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We also offer sauna and med for an additional cost. Massages. To ensure tranquility, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.
