Emma was extremely responsive and very pleasant and kind to deal with. She had helpful photos of the home and where to enter, including door codes, as well as helpful labels throughout the home! I was impressed with her organization and response time! The fridge went out while we were there, despite being brand new, and Emma refunded us for the groceries we bought that went bad, which I was very happy with. I did think there were two beds in the one bedroom based on the photos, but realized if I had paid more attention I would have known it was the same bed with different blankets. This photo did throw me off. Otherwise, the home is very much as advertised. The area is very safe and walkable with a gorgeous park across the street with lots to do, and great access to multiple forms of transportation. It is also within half an hour of the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, China Town, and other tourist attractions. We had a fantastic trip and would love to come back!

Loved Michelle’s place and would stay again! I can’t remember if the description explained that the private bathroom is not ensuite…it’s accessible from the hallway which may be used by other guests. In any case this was not a problem for me. The other guests at the property during my stay were super quiet and respectful! The location was perfect for taking the N train downtown for my work, and for a nice stroll in the park!

I had such a wonderful stay! I stayed here for a week. It’s just beside the Golden Gate Park and so I had nature walks everyday. The room was perfect with wardrobe and private bathroom. The washing and dryer facilities are great. I would definitely stay again when I’m around. I’m grateful for this incredible stay. Thank you!

Amazing little studio and location is walkable and close to castro station to assess downtown. Lovely neighborhood vibes, felt very safe, and tons of street parking . The hosts are highly responsive and were quick to address questions and will be there for you with any questions or concerns. I felt very welcome and appreciate them hosting me. The neighborhood is beautiful and the view from atop kite hill is incredible. Highly recommend!
