The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has two bedrooms, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, toilet/bathroom with shower cubicle. The washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room and can be used free of charge. The apartment doesn't have its own parking space, but there is possibility to rent permanent parking spaces in the nearby train station parking lot.

The apartment with patio is located in a park. The center of the pretty old town of Zofingen is a 5-minute walk. The train station is a 5-minute walk away with direct train connections to Bern (26 min.), Lucerne (30 min.), Basel (40 min.) and a change to Zurich (45 min.).
