Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam tourist train in the foreground. Martel is a pretty medieval city in the north of the Lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Many tourist attractions nearby. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.

Maison rénovée au cœur de Martel, à 5 minutes à pied la place de la halle. Situé dans une rue calme à proximité des commerces et restaurants. La rue est à sens unique, très peu de passage. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue sans problème. Les draps et les serviettes de bains sont fournis. La maison n'est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (présence d'escaliers).
