Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Strömstad

We felt welcome in the house of the host Lars. Had a cozy long weekend and got to use the beautiful garden. Will be happy to come back!

Incredibly shared and large summerhouse with 3 good bedrooms. Felt very homey and cozy. Many personal decor items, such as carpets, delivering plants, lights. It felt very cozy and like being at home. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Great knives and lots of service! Also for kids. Large utility room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and our large twin stroller. The bathroom is a little special with the two toilets and two sinks, but in practice, with smaller children, it turned out to work perfectly. Great with both a tub and shower. Very lovely outdoor area, large terrace with great views! We sat one night on the terrace with blankets and could hear music from the nearby campsite - it was very cozy. There is an additional dining table in the kitchen with a stroke bench. For us, it worked well as a crea/play table for the kids all day long.

We spent 1 week in Bram's house and felt very comfortable! The location is perfect for relaxing and as a starting point for excursions! For the 2 of us, the house was actually too big, you could easily stay there with 4-6 people. We liked the view, the tranquility, the hot tub and the table tennis table the best. The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes by car, and there is EVERYTHING! If you drive into the housing estate, you will be greeted by the "neighbors" in a friendly manner when you pass by, 😁despite the foreign license plate!! We thought that was great and of course we waved back friendly👋 Bram and Anneli were totally nice hosts and responded promptly when we wrote. We give it 5 out of 5 stars, because it is a mega accommodation in a dreamy spot on earth!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a beautiful place to stay with a stunning view. The rooms are spacious, light and airy and it is all very well equipped. All the instructions were clear and comprehensive. Paying extra for the bedding proved quite a high additional cost.

Everything was as described and expected. Very flexibel, inconvenient and easy. Andreas showed up after check in for a personal chat. We felt very welcomed and comfortable.

Beautiful house with many windows, giving you a beautiful view and lots of light. Anything you need is present. Then he welcomed us and gave us tips for walks. The island is beautiful and quiet. We saw deer and foxes every day during our walks. The seafood restaurant is nearby and recommended. Don't forget to bring some groceries because there is no shop on the island.

The views from the cabin are incredible! So peaceful and the prefect location for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The interior is very clean and more than spacious. We greatly appreciated Corina and Andreas’ recommendations for the area- thank you! Wish we could have stayed longer - highly recommend!

This is a really excellent place. The apartment was really nice, clean, and cosy. The host had made excellent descriptions, and they were really nice. The surroundings were also really nice and quiet. There were many places to walk, a lot of nature. There are only positive things to say about this place :)

Perfect accommodation for two. Everything you need is there and the balcony with afternoon and evening sun is really lovely. Although the accommodation is in a smaller residential area, it feels very secluded and private. No transparency. It is also a good starting point if you want to discover the west coast. The accommodation is fresh with comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa.

Wonderful place with proximity to the sea and large grass and play areas for the children. Would love to come back.

Nice little basement apartment that my mother-in-law lived in! Had everything you needed and was well taken care of. Great location. It was a bit difficult to climb the stairs for an elderly woman, but it went well when we helped. Would recommend to others!

Very nice little house with neat Scandinavian decoration. Beautiful garden overlooking the wild nature of the island. House 5 minutes from a few shops.

Had a great midsummer weekend in Karin place! She was super helpful giving instructions and recommendations! Would definitely come back.

Great accommodation with proximity to Strömstad and the boat to Koster. It should be possible to rent kayaks but it was not possible when we were there due to subscribed.

Accommodation was great for us for a few days' stay on the west coast. It is just far enough from central Kungshamn that you will not be disturbed by nightlife, but at the same time an okay walking distance to restaurants and taxi boats over to Smögen. There is also a swimming area right next to the accommodation to be able to take a dip. The apartment's kitchen has everything you need to cook lighter meals and overall a well-equipped accommodation. We also received a very good and pleasant reception from Karin. Both when we had questions, but also that she asked us to let her know if there was anything. We were very pleased with the accommodation, which suited our needs well. 🌸☀️

Very nice accommodation for two people. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and train station. Parking by the residence, a little crowded but worked with a between large car.

Had a nice lovely weekend in Fredrikstad. Nice place to stay centrally in the city and with a short way to the parking lot. Well decorated place. Good and pleasant dialogue with Katrine. She was very flexible and friendly. Happy to rent from her again.
