Half-timbered house in Wehlen - Apartment

The town of Wehlen is located in the Upper Elbe Valley in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park. The tranquil health resort looks back on almost 800 years of history. The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

To the Rauenstein FW 1 (upper floor)

Our house with 2 apartments is located on a plot of about 2000 sqm in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly on the famous Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe bike path, the ferry dock, the adventure pool and restaurants. Good starting point for hikes, bike rides, as well as visits to castles and castles as well as sights. In about 500 m there is the S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen". From here, you can reach the culture city Dresden in 30 minutes.

Waldhaus Rathen

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for infants is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

It´s a cosy little room about 16 sqaure meters. It has a separate entrance and it´s perfect for 2 people. The house with the apartment is located in a quite neighbourhood. In the apartment there is a TV, a radio, a bathroom with WC as well as a shower and a mini kitchen. WIFI is available. There you can find a refridgerator, a sink, a coffee machine and a cooker. Everything to make a nice meal after a long day of hiking in Saxony Switzerland!

Apartment 1 "Sägestube" Rathewalder Mühle

Wildly romantic and cozy at the rushing stream. A special kind of overnight stay, suitable for 2 persons. The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewald mill, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The well-known painter's trail leads directly past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe sandstone mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

The sauna is ready. The forest house is a retreat for pure relaxation of nature,with great views. Relax and forget about everyday life. The fireplace, the infrared sauna (for 2 persons),barbecue area and terrace make a pure nature vacation. The painter's trail, the forest pavement nearby. From 1.4.25 we have the " guest card mobile" so all bus connections and ferry can be used free of charge. Ideal for dogs - 1000m2 fenced.

Enjoy your vacation in the beautiful Schmöllerhäuschen. The property, which has been family-owned since its construction at the end of the 19th century, century, the family-owned property is located in the middle of the beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains directly on the Elbe and has three apartments, a veranda and a garden. The completely renovated apartment no. 2 is located on the 2nd floor and is about 40 square meters.

Königstein Cottage

Small, cozy apartment with large natural garden located on the south side of Königstein Fortress. The apartment can be used for up to 4 people. In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. It should be noted that there is no wifi in the cottage.

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.

Quiet, cozy apartment on the second floor of our listed half-timbered house in a small village in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Consisting of a living room with a separate sleeping area for 2 people and a bookable bedroom with 2 extra beds, kitchen and bathroom. Well-known rock formations and hiking trails are easily accessible. Bus connections are available in the village.

Summer Refreshment

Our cozy apartment in a quiet location is on the first floor of our house. The fabulous hiking world of Saxon Switzerland begins right on our doorstep. For example, you can walk to the over 240 meter high Königstein Fortress in just 30 minutes. Day trips to Dresden and Prague are easily possible.
