The apartment is located on the sunny side between the villages of Mittersill and Stuhlfelden. The apartment with balcony is located on the 2nd floor of a family house and offers 1 to 3 bedrooms depending on number of guests. Option A: 2 guests use - entrance hall with wardrobe, - bathroom with shower, - separate toilet, - bedroom no. 1 with double bed, washbasin, wardrobe - kitchen-living room with access to the balcony and equipped with a daybed/sofa bed (child), wing chair, books, dining table, wine storage stones, microwave, electric stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, upright refrigerator with freezer compartment. Option B: 3 guests use - entrance hall with wardrobe, - bathroom with shower, - separate toilet, - bedroom no. 2 with double bed, walk-in wardrobe - bedroom no. 3 with wardrobe, PC workstation and access to the balcony (this is a walk-through room, separated from bedroom no. 2 by a sliding door) - Kitchen/living room with access to the balcony and equipped with a daybed/sofa bed (child), wing chair, books, dining table, wine storage stones, microwave, electric stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, upright refrigerator with freezer compartment. Option C: 5 guests use the entire apartment. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and balcony, ensuring their privacy. The tap water comes from our own spring, so you can enjoy fresh mountain water every day!

Leitenhof Fam.Steger

Our newly renovated apartment is located on the sunny side of Uttendorf (980 m above sea level), with magnificent views of the beautiful Stubach Valley! The apartment is about 90 square meters and is barrier-free. You can relax on the large terrace or in the sauna. The apartment offers a spacious living-dining kitchen with TV, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer (1 with toilet), 1 extra toilet. 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 of them with TV). In addition, a sofa bed would be available so that 6-8 people can be accommodated.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
