The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

The bus runs through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

For ski enthusiasts only 7km to the famous ski area Kitzbühel Alps (Panoramabahn) In summer our house offers many starting points for hiking and mountain biking.
