It lies in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the silver region of Karwendel at the foot of the Tux Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for magnificent mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.
