Réfrigérateur, micro-onde, grille pain, 1 plaque induction et cafetière Dolce Gusto à disposition ainsi que couverts, assiettes et verres. Au calme avec entrée privative, tout à proximité (restaurants, commerces, bus). ATTENTION, les camionnettes ne peuvent pas rentrer (parking tout proche).

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)
