Les commerces et le port de Sucé-sur-Erdre sont à 4 minutes en voiture, l'Erdre et du petit port de la Guillonnière à quelques minutes à pied et Nantes à 25 minutes en tram. Un parking et un abri vélos sont à votre disposition.
