Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

A St Herblain, on the outskirts of Nantes, independent and air-conditioned house of 35 m² with fully renovated private access to welcome you. Enclosed garden of 50 m². Enjoy the calm and proximity of Nantes (Nantes train station 9 min by train). Proximity to Zénith, 5 min from CFA and AFPA, 45 minutes from La Baule beach by car and 10 minutes from Nantes Atlantique airport. Ideal location for Le Voyage à Nantes. Wi-Fi access. Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is at your disposal. Following the recommendations of travelers, we have added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking neighbors. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Our house is from the 1950s, and it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.

At "La Terrasse du Verger" (Orchard's terrace), you will find a spacious, bright and open on the outside, accommodation. In this independent flat located in our house, we prepared you an high end, functional and in the mood, atmosphere. It fits as for families with children, as for groups (sports events, friends... ) for a journey.
