Enjoy a peaceful sleep in a separate bedroom on a 140 cm wide bed. We offer table football and a selection of wines from our own wine shop.

An ideal choice for those looking for a combination of comfort and nature - to relax, work remotely or just relax outside the city. Drinking water is closed from November to April. A canister of drinking water (10 l) is provided, but please note that it is not possible to use the shower. The flushing toilet is replaced with a chemical toilet (inside the cottage) for this period.

The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

A cozy studio apartment (19m2), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.

Nearby you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumov Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpash-Teplice Rock Town.

In the Summer months, guests may rent the trailer home which is fully fitted with kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate WC with sink. The trailer fits 6 guests: one bedroom has a double bed, in the other are two single beds, and in the living room is a fold-able sofa for two guests. There is no heating in the mobile. Overall dimensions: 3,70m wide by 11m long.
