Pepita went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, she was incredibly helpful and sweet from start to finish. The view from the property is absolutely stunning, and the space itself is wonderfully airy; the ceiling fan kept me cool and comfortable at night. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Merche was very attentive at all times and 100% available. The apartment is very well maintained and very well located, in the Racó just 5 minutes walk from the beach, being able to choose between the Racó and Cap Blanc. It is a small development with a pool and very easy parking at the door. Everything was pristine, Merche and her husband were very kind and the apartment was even better than in the photos. Very large terrace, good ventilation, ceiling fans, air conditioning... everything we look for in the middle of summer. I'll repeat for sure.

Joan has been phenomenal, has been very flexible and has had quite a few details. The apartment is very close to the beach and with a pool. Highly recommended !!!

We had this for the bride and five bridesmaids wedding party for a marriage in the santuario del castillo. it was perfect! awesome location, plenty of bathroom and open living space for the girls to be, to entertain, to get ready, and to just hang out. it was magic!! host was great at communication and facilitating any needs. truly a 5 star experience

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. What a nice stay! Joan's apartment is perfect for one or two people. Modern, neatly finished and with an amazing view of the beach and the sea. Upon arrival, a bottle of white wine and water were ready, a really warm welcome. The location is great: you are above the beach restaurants and close to the harbor. In the evening you can hear some noise from the disco, but with everything closed it is only the bass that you hear a little. No problem for me, I slept well. Joan was quick and friendly in communication. And nice detail: in the bathroom there were things like a toothbrush set and even earplugs. Recommended!

The property is in a perfect position: close to the beach, with views of the sea from the balcony. The property was fully equipped with everything that we could have needed such as kitchen utensils and a washing machine to do laundry. The host even provided beach chairs and an umbrella. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beach holiday

The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. It has a huge corridor. We were very comfortable and it is a step away from the beach. You have two stores on each side of the entrance, a food store and a bazaar. Will and Olga are super attentive, a great stay 😊

Small but perfectly formed apartment with a stunning view from the balcony. Right on the front above the promenade makes it easily accessible to many restaurants in the port area. There is free parking close by which makes having a car easy. John was available before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this apartment for couples looking for a space in the centre of Javea port. Great week.

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we'd love to come back!!

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
