This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

Great spot! Clean. Bigger than you think. Easy to access just get off the highway!

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Jason was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever had. He answered whatever questions we had and immediately resolved minor issues like how to regulate the mini splits. The house has a nice view of the lake, and the separate deck amidst the trees offers some serenity. The lake is a great place for swimming too. We love to hike and there are wonderful trails within 15-40 minutes.

My group had a wonderful time staying at Tim's place, pictures do not do this place justice will definitely be recommending and possibly returning as well

Loved staying in this room! Perfect for families with small kids, right across from the playground and so close to story land. Had a blast and would def stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

Great house and location that was peaceful and private and had great views! It was a beautiful fun house with unique features appropriate for several guests. Loved the fire pit especially, which was easy to use since the house was well stocked with wood. The house had all the amenities especially for the kitchen, which made cooking and preparing meals super enjoyable and easy. Updated and new kitchen appliances and bathrooms that were super clean and nice. Kristen was extremely responsive and helpful and super gracious in her hosting. Appreciated the flexible check in along with her periodic check ins to make sure we didn’t have any problems or questions. Overall, very impressed with the house and host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back sometime!

The house was absolutely stunning—beautiful inside and out, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and private. Julia was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and being local was a great bonus in case anything came up (be careful with the trash... those bears love it!). Overall, an awesome experience—I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Angelica's house was the perfect place to stay - extremely clean, beautiful views, great amenities, we were very comfortable there. Also very family friendly - our 3 children (8, 6, and 4 years) loved the spacious kids play area with toys and books. It was also very easy to communicate with Angelica and she responded quickly to my questions. Angelica's home is a gem, we all enjoyed our stay and would happily return anytime!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

Our stay in Sugar Hill, NH was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational weekend getaway! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The yard was expansive and provided lots of space for dogs and kids to play. The location was close to Cannon and just a little farther to Bretton woods, and it was a perfect base for exploring the White Mountains. The hosts were responsive and provided lots of information about the area that helped with provisioning and dining out! We enjoyed playing games in the living room by the fireplace at the end of the day, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and playing outside in the yard with the dogs! We'd definitely love to come back!

We were 6 adults and a one-year old, had a wonderful stay. Lovely open space, excellent kitchen amenities. Heat worked well and was quiet. John was a great communicator and was extremely responsive to a few quirky issues (e.g., water filter on fridge needed replacing). Master bedroom and en suite bathroom are wonderful. Huge washer and dryer got good use!l Open grounds and woods around the house made for some easy quick jaunts in the snow. 10 minute drive to some great trails for all ages. Wonderful winter week!

we enjoyed our stay, cabin is clean, kitchen is supplied nicely and bed was comfortable. we came after a long rainy period and the grass was not mowed yet. we would like to come back and enjoy the yard, and river seating.

We had a wonderful time at Bray Hill House. We skied Bretton Woods during the day but not before we had a relaxing breakfast in the house and looked out at the amazing views. The house is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis. Everything you could want was provided for and Israel was very responsive to our questions.

Jenn's place is gorgeous and perfect for a peaceful, nature escape! Our group had an amazing stay in this cozy cabin- staying by the lake during the day and enjoying all of the board games in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and cooking supplies which made for a nice surprise as we cooked most of our meals inside. The listing included a paddleboard for use which we couldn't find, but we enjoyed the kayaks regardless and the private beach is very accessible and beautiful. We highly recommend Jenn's place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

My husband, son and daughter had a wonderful stay . . . so many birds!!! Very cozy space and Mallory was just wonderful and helpful with everything. Too bad the weather was rainy over the weekend because my son wanted to hike the nearby trail :) Hope to meet you someday when you come up to our area in Maine . . We plan on booking some point in the future. Our daughter goes to a nearby school and the location was perfect!

The cabin was a great find. It was the perfect amount of space for a girls weekend snowed in. The indoor fireplace created a great ambiance. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I booked a winter getaway at Rob’s place, and would highly recommend to other guests! Rob was quick to respond with any inquiries and provided lots of helpful information/recommendations that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The space was clean and cozy, and stayed warm even in the NH cold! We would all stay here again and would refer other guests to this location.

We had an awesome stay at this Vermont house. The lake is right there with a private dock, and the view from the deck made for some great coffee mornings. The hot tub was perfect—especially on the rainy days—and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook without hauling a bunch of extras. The location was ideal, close to farms, creemees, and a couple solid co-ops. The host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We also appreciated the clearly marked bins for recycling and compost—nice to see a place that takes extra effort to be sustainable. Would definitely come back.
