Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good amenities. The extensive outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

We have enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make your stay excellent. He waited for us with dough, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc. This shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always responded immediately to any questions or requests we made. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the shower outside was perfect to bathe comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and the access with suitcases on an uneven slab road was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood and not Ludovica. Thank you very much for everything!!

Everything from the private pool to the full useable kitchen was perfect. Home is clean and beautiful. Easy access to the gorgeous beach below (which you have a view of from the balcony) you do have steps to walk down. I’ve had knee surgery and didn’t have any issue (they aren’t steep Steps they are more narrow or short so a smaller stride is fine). ALICE!!! Shout out to Alice who helped in booking a wonderful private boat tour for us that picked us up on the local Beach! Alice was right there for us with answers to our questions. We had such a wonderful time in her home. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Cincinnati, Ohio

Extremely nice and super clean apartment with parking. Very friendly and helpful hosts. A good place to explore the surroundings and next to several supermarkets. A great place to remember … even if there is no dishwasher, but that's no big deal.

Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

We took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really a stone's throw away, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

Really, Michele‘s house is a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s as remote as one can get in Sardinia – surrounded by wild nature, silence, the forrest and open skies. Yet, despite the remoteness, the house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully and beautifully designed. The apartment is decorated with great taste and a sense of personality that makes it feel warm and authentic. Michele has been more than helpful in every aspect – from thoughtful recommendations and a warm welcome to making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt welcome and cared for. If you’re looking for peace, connection to nature (!), and a unique place to stay far from the crowds, this is it.

Unbeatable stay in Sardinia! Our 3-day stay at Pierpaolo's house in southern Sardinia was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is incredibly complete, equipped with absolutely everything you could need and more. They really thought of every detail, which made our stay very comfortable and carefree. The location is fantastic: quiet, but at the same time ideally located to explore both the wonderful beaches of the south of the island and the vibrant city of Cagliari. We were able to enjoy the best of both worlds without having to travel far. But, without a doubt, what we highlight the most is Pierpaolo's hospitality and attention. He is by far the best host we have had in our already extensive experience on Airbnb. Their kindness and willingness made our visit even more special. We recommend this house 100% and we sincerely hope to return very soon.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cabin. It's quite rustic, even a little spartan, but it had everything we needed and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Contrary to what some people were saying, we didn't find the last stretch of road a problem. It's easily navigable by any regular car, and the remote nature of the place is precisely what makes it great.
