Very nice loft accommodation, tidy and equipped with every need, the host Enrico was very helpful and kind in illustrating the apartment, the area is very quiet, served and with street parking quite available. The center full of activities (restaurants, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, etc...) is a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended

The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's located walking distance from old town, very nice area. Also close from the bus/train station which is well connected with the airport. We enjoyed our short stay there.

Cristiana's apartment is located in a very nice residence with sea views and only a few minutes from the sea directly on Cala Grotta. In the apartment we found very helpful information about the most beautiful beaches and restaurant tips (my recommendation Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). It was very advantageous that the sensational seawater infinity pool (end of September) was still open. So we were always able to swim even in heavy seas. The residence is the ideal base for exploring the jewel of Sant' Antioco. Cristiana was always there for us and responded immediately to inquiries. Grazie Cristiana

The apartment was clean and everything as described. The beaches 5 min. by car. The center of Pula 10 -15 min. walking. Valentina provided us with fresh fruit and water to welcome us. Very nice touch .

Fabrizio was extremely helpful and attentive with everything we needed. The apartment was just as the pictures, fully equipped for everything you would need on a beach trip. The location was great because it was pretty close to everything by car. We loved the private parking spot, that way you can relax and not be worried about getting your car towed away. Again! He’s a great host with great local recommendations. Worth your money.

We were guests of Riccardo for a week with 3 children who recommended and supported us throughout the stay giving us the opportunity to see the most beautiful and true part of Sardinia

we stayed for three nights in the week of August family with two children the room is very nice and attention to detail . there is also a small kitchen available the post or is far from the village immersed in nature ...fantastic the owners were really kind and professional highly recommended

My partner and I stayed in Roberto's apartment for four days and we really enjoyed it. Roberto was very friendly and hospitable, welcomed us on arrival, fulfilling our request to anticipate check-in. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable, the location is great, in a quiet area from which you can easily walk to the center of Pula and with a few minutes by car to the various beaches in the surrounding area. We are fully satisfied and will definitely be back at Roberto's next time.

The place was very clean. The bed was super comfortable & the kitchen was really well equipped. The reception was warm & I felt very welcome. The communication was uncomplicated & Matteo responded very quickly, friendly & courteous to my wishes & questions. The location was also very good. The area was quiet & very nice. Shops & restaurants are conveniently within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a great apartment & the ideal starting point to explore Cagliari and the surrounding area.

We had a great stay in Nicolo’a apartment! It was super clean, cozy, and in a perfect location close to everything we needed, and the beaches nearby were amazing. The neighborhood felt safe and nice too. Nicolo was really great. He was always available and quick to respond whenever we had a question, whether it was about the apartment or anything else. He was super helpful the whole time. We totally recommend staying at his place!!

Great apartment, very modern. Location was exactly 15 minutes by bus from Cagliari old town and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Friendly communication and helpful information.

we stayed at Ignazio's house for 2 weeks with our son, and we can only recommend it! Clean, organized place and Ignazio was a lovely person! He responded quickly and gave us several tips on what we could do and was very kind! The nearest beach is 50 minutes from the house, but that wasn't a problem for us! The sunrise on the balcony behind the mountains is incredibly beautiful. We can only thank you for the stay and if we ever return to the location, we will want to stay there again 🥰

Roberto has been very attentive to the incidents. The village is well located to go to incredible beaches.

Our stay in the villa was positive, we stayed several days and we found everything we needed on every occasion. The property is located in a very quiet residential area, a perfect starting point to visit the Costa Rei and Cagliari. The well-kept garden, exclusive to the house, guarantees the possibility of enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners in complete privacy. The sleeping area is quiet and keeping the window of the skylight open we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioner. Note the availability and responsiveness of the host: on the last day of our stay there was an inconvenience, but Silvia was readily available to resolve. We also really appreciated the fact that you welcomed us personally.

After the surprise of discovering the place, a little out of the way out and quite wild, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners are very friendly and the place is atypical. Ramona speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is an absolutely exceptional person, full of enthusiasm and projects and always positive. Possibility to share meals with them, which is really worth a visit for both dishes and exchanges. We loved it. If you are not looking for luxury but rather authenticity and contact, go there without a second thought.

One thing to know is that there are no windows! Otherwise a wonderful small home.

A beautiful apartment that is well maintained. Recently renovated and makes great use of space. Was in the perfect location within meters of the famous grotto and complex pool. Beautiful view of the ocean too

The place is perfect. We came to 6, and greatly enjoyed the peaceful environment and amazing outdoors. Antonello is a host we can count on, always responsive and discreet. A big thank you to him, our stay was excellent!
