Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Beautiful, newly renovated apartment of approx. 50 m² centrally located in Sundern-Langscheid. The apartment can accommodate 2-3 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed). The property consists of an open-plan living and sleeping area with fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower and toilet. The windows cannot be completely darkened. Pleated blinds are attached here. The large terrace invites you to spend cozy hours. In addition, there is an indoor pool in the house (community indoor pool)

Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten, 55 qm grossen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Süd-Balkon, in der wir Ihnen ein " Heim fern von zuhause " bieten ! Die gut gedämmte Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg und ist auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Der Zugang ist über den Balkon, ihr Auto hat einen eigenen Stellplatz.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The house and apartment are accessible without any steps. Secure storage for bicycles and e-bikes is available.

Old cow barn

This romantic home has a history of its own. She used to host cows, today the ecologically reused apartment offers a spacious and bright place for our guests, with its own entrance and huge covered terrace to the west. From time to time you might encounter a tractor, horse, or chickens. Behind our yard you will be able to start hiking right away. A good hiking and cycling area and the Sorpesee await you.
