Ghazal's apartment is a perfect for a cozy NYC stay. It's clean and well-equipped. She is a fantastic host-- very responsive, hospitable, and she makes sure you have everything you need. The location in Sunnyside is great. It's safe and quiet, and you have coffee shops, bodegas, restaurants, and grocery stores all within a few blocks. It's also a quick walk to the subway and buses. I'd recommend this spot to anyone who needs a comfortable temporary stay in NYC :)

It was great staying at Kat's place. Her mom and family were awesome. We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and quiet. Neighborhood was great! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance! And it's only about 25 mins to Manhattan by train. Train station is about 5 mins walk away. Will definitely stay there again! I highly recommend Kat's place.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 months and had a great time. The commute to Manhattan is super fast, especially to midtown. Everything in the apartment was as described.
