Awesome place with a nice view! Great communication from host. Parking garage was tight, but it fit my Jeep just fine!

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was gorgeous, very clean, modern, cozy. It is one of the best places at Myrtle beach. He paid attention to small details. We have been to many hotels/ resorts there but Timothy’s place is everything you need and then some. I will stay at this place every time I go to MB,

The condo is really nice. It was super conveniently located, although the memorial day weekend made it very busy.

The home was very comfortable and fit our group of 4 easily. All the owners were very proactive and polite and made my first stay very easy.

This condo is couple perfect! Beautifully appointed and better than described. Had every amenity you could need. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The hosts were super responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach.

This condo met all our needs. My wife and I were looking for a place to enjoy the beach for celebrating our anniversary, and this location/unit delivered! It is as close to the beach as you can get, also with a beautiful view looking north up Myrtle Beach. I was worried it might be loud with so many other units all around, but we had no noise complaints or disturbances during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Myrtle Beach Airbnb! The building was clean and secure, with a strong security presence that made me feel safe. The indoor and outdoor pools, plus the sauna room, were a huge bonus, and the tiki bar staff were super friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, and drink ware, the unit was clean and cozy, and the balcony offered an amazing view. Just a one-minute walk to the beach made it even better. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Easy to find. Liked the smaller building as it made parking easy to get in and out of. Everything matched the pictures on line. Easy access to beach. Missed being able to go out on the balcony, which was out of the owner's control . Overall we had a great stay with my granddaughter, she loved the whole experience!

I had a great stay!! , Kevin is a great host and room is even better than the photos!! , the only thing bad I could say is, that the pools are shut down . sadly ... otherwise great location:)

The place was comfortable and cozy. Loved the screened in porch! The location was peaceful and yet close enough to activities and restaurants to enjoy. Would love to return.

Lisa was very clear in her instructions for checking in and checking out. The rental was clean and private, and our parking spot was always available. The listing was as described, and we were pleased with our experience.

Great location and value! The kitchenette came in very handy, and everything was as described. The neighborhood was extremely safe and peaceful. Only 8 minutes to the beach! Highly recommended!

Beautiful location overlooking the golf course and convenient to several beaches. It had everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable. Julie was quick to respond to our few questions. Wonderful visit.

Michael is a great host. He promptly responded to my questions. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare meals. His home was very clean and welcoming for guests. Sea Trail is a tranquil neighborhood with friendly people and great amenities. We look forward to renting again.

The place was great and ocean front. We were right on the beach. The views were amazing. We were within walking distance of so many things! Would definitely recommend!

This was our first time staying here and we were so impressed with the whole experience starting with my contact with Stacey. She was quick to respond and was very informative. The unit is beautiful, the views from the balcony were amazing, and the resort was incredible. We are hoping to make this our new go to vacation spot. We had the best week ever staying here.

So glad we decided to stay at this property! It was exactly as pictured and the location was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful from the time of booking through checkout. Great 5-star property in terms of location, amenities, and overall experience. Just a small note- I did find hair in the bathroom and bed - could use more attention in that area! Aside from that, no other complaints and overall enjoyable stay.

Visiting from California this spot was gorgeous. The view was amazing facing the beach. The balcony was private and nice to sip coffee in the morning looking at the ocean. The place was clean and all the furniture were in good condition. Kitchen had everything I needed. Well kept place and would stay here again. Also the resort had a bar, restaurants, work out room, and indoor pool and out. Parking structure was near. I felt safe here.

Karen's place was the best it was perfect for my family peaceful laid back and very clean which I appreciate so much my family and I will recommend Karen's place to anybody the bottom line it was perfect it don't get any better than that thank you and your staff for accommodating our family on Memorial Day weekend we appreciate everything that was put in to make us feel at home thank you so much and God bless you and your staff

We loved our stay at this home! The view was perfect! The location was great! And the beach chairs and towels were icing on the cake. The shower was a little small but not terrible. The parking garage was super tight and fills up fast, there are alternative parking garages on the other side of the resort - the owner has no control over this so it did not effect my rating of the home but I felt it was worth mentioning. Great Trip!

Me and three others enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as the photos show, it is very clean and roomy for four adults! There is an ocean view balcony and a street view balcony for fresh air. It is close by (walking distance) to surrounding restaurants/bars and the beach. We enjoyed the pool during our stay as well! Susan communicates well and is very responsive! We will be booking again when staying in town in the future!
