You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.

A portion of the proceeds is given to a local bird rescue group,"Skywatch Bird Rescue," located North of Carolina Beach in Castle Hayne. Volunteers, to include your host, take injured birds to facility to be rehabilitated and released back to the wild.
