Relax with a larger family in this quiet lakeside "cottage" with the comforts of a detached house. The house is located on a sunny plot. Beach sauna with wood-burning stove in use all year round, the house also has an electric sauna. The beach sauna dressing room has heating. In summer, if necessary, there is also an electrified outbuilding, with space for 4-5 people. In the area, for example, bear watching services and sale of fishing licenses. Linen is rented separately if necessary. Pets are welcome. Good internet connection.

This cozy and atmospheric cottage is located in a quiet area on the shores of the pure-water Honkajärvi. Welcome to relax, cook in the bosom of nature, go boating on the lake and enjoy the gentle steam of the beach sauna. You have a rowboat and, if you wish, a hot tub (extra charge). Berry picking areas and hunting grounds can be found right next to the cottage. With solar power, you can use the appliances in the cottage and charge your mobile phone. There is no running water. The cottage is wood heated.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.

Tervetuloa Villa Jaakkolaan! Villa Jaakkola on vuonna 2022 valmistunut hirsihuvila Jokijärvellä, Taivalkoskella. Huvila on tilava ja avara. Alakerrassa on yksi makuuhuone ja tupakeittiö. Parvella on lisäksi reilusti tilaa ja nukkumapaikkoja. Mökille rakennettiin kesällä 2026 uusi rantasauna. Mökistä löytyy kaikki nykyajan mukavuudet ja isoista ikkunoista avautuu kahteen suuntaan mahtava järvimaisema. Takkatulen lämmössä on mukava katsella revontulia ja kuunnella hiljaisuutta. Henry Ford cabin on pienin uuden Rakkarannan lomakylän huviloista Syväjärven rannassa, Ukkohallan laskettelurinteiden läheisyydessä. Järvi ja rinteet avautuvat suoraan suurista ikkunoista ( pimennysverhot). Rantasaunassa voit nauttia puukiukaan löylyistä, järvimaisemaa ihaillen saunan ja saunatuvan suurista näköalaikkunoista.
