Apartment holiday rentals in Surfside Beach

Very clean and quiet place to stay. For the purpose we rented the place it was sufficient. If I was staying longer, I would definitely bring a few extra things from home. Bring cooking items- limited supplies. No oven baking pans. No spatula, etc. it was little details. Otherwise, a great stay for the couple of days we were there. The host was always very responsive. You do pay daily for parking, but that was good because it limits who gets in the parking lots. Thanks for our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view was wonderful, the ocean was just a few steps away and easily accessible, and the pool was very relaxing as well. It’s a great place to vacation and we would definitely come back again!

The building itself needs alot of TLC! The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, had a lot of amenities. I loved the ocean view scenery! Prices gave clear instructions, checked in on us daily, wanted to make sure we made it to and from there. He gave locations to park with parking pass. It was a great stay, very peaceful and comfortable. Easy checkout

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Stasy's condo. The room was beautiful and everything was clean and just as it looked in the pictures. We had a problem with the wifi and Stasy's associate came and got it fixed right away! She was very friendly and helpful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was helpful with keeping towels and clothes clean, so we didn't have to pack as much! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space for the week!

With beach access just outside of our room and the pool/hot tub options, it made for a very enjoyable stay. Lots to do and many restaurant options within minutes created convenient driving/walking to many locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and we are ready to repeat it.

The place was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient being on 1st floor with the dog. Clean and nice property. Pool is convenient and the residents we were in contact with were all friendly and kind. The only inconvenience was not getting ice out of the freezer ice maker. Lovely place. Highly recommend. Emily was very nice and responsive.

Easy to check in and responsive host. Our building code stopped working, and Stasy was able to send us a new code within minutes. There is a small convenience store located directly downstairs of the building for water, beer, beach gear, etc. Thanks for having us, Stasy. It was a great beach getaway during the CCMF!

Loved our short stay at Stasy’s place. Great location. And very walkable to the Garden City Pier and the local restaurant and ice cream shop. Live music out on the pier was a great addition to our evening! The unit is on the third floor without an elevator, as the description clearly states. We were fine with that, but know that may be a concern for others. The unit has beach gear available for use. Very comfortable beds and GREAT water pressure in the bathroom. This unit is on the small size, but it was perfect for our short stay with three adults. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. We’ll keep this space in mind for future trips to Garden City!

This was a great place to stay with my little family, walkable to beach. Had lots of pool options. I will say I was woken up early 2 days in a row from kids running through the hallway and people staying above us. I love that there was a living room are, a bed, a table, a mini kitchen and a table to eat at. Fridge had plenty of space and there was ice just down the hallway. I would stay again! Host was great at communicating, i recommend booking with him!

Me and my crew was there for my son‘s 13th birthday. Another Airbnb didn’t go well we booked it within minutes and was approved. It was beautiful. The communication was awesome. The place was everything Timothy his assistant was also great. He recommended places sent a list of places that was good to go to And answer anytime we had a question. Thank you again. We will definitely be back. Definitely a five star.

The apartment was beautiful, super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the views of the ocean were spectacular. This place was like a little paradise away from home. Donna and Bobby were very responsible for providing a clean, comfortable, and well maintained space, as well as offering excellent communication. We can't wait to go back to this little paradise away from home.

Loved the condo! Jennifer was so helpful and answered me anytime I emailed her. I would suggest this place for anyone who is looking for a nice upscale place to vacation and feel at home.

The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

Host was easy to communicate. Space was enough for myself n my 2 friends n the beds was EXTRA comfortable even the sofa.

From the booking too the checking out the host were very helpful in all aspects. They shared recommendations on restaurants and attractions in the are.
