Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Surrey

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Athena’s place - and both have been absolutely fantastic. Great location, clean, spacious. Thank you - same time next year?

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is beautiful and updated. Everything about the place reflects how much Nicholas cares. Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

The apartment was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and spacious - it had everything we needed! Justyna was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was fantastic - it was an easy to get around from there with many bus routes and I had no problem taking my son to nursery as it was close by. The amenities were also top-notch. Having a really good washing machine was key for me as my kids make a lot of mess. My kids absolutely loved it, and it was a huge relief to have a comfortable and convenient spot for our family. Plus, it was so easy to relax and unwind in the space. And if we needed anything, Justyna was always just a message away - super easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. What really made it special was that my kids were able to unwind and have some much-needed space, especially since we're currently living with relatives and space has been tight. It was the perfect getaway for us, and we're so grateful for the break. I highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 weeks and Vanda and Andrew were fantastic hosts. Super accommodating and communication was great. The apartment is fabulous, very clean and comfortable. Felt like a home-from-home. Arrived to find coffee/ tea, milk etc all good to go which makes a difference. The location, next to the river, is lovely and Vanda shared some great local dinner recommendations. The apartment is entirely self-contained and they helped with getting a cleaner organised during the stay. Overall, fantastic stay

We had a great stay at Allison’s lovely cottage, which was impeccable and contained everything we needed for our short stay. Allison was very responsive and check in and out was very easy. Very handy location for what we needed and quiet with a small backyard to maximise those summer evenings! We definitely hope to visit again.

We loved our stay at VanZyl’s flat. It is very roomy, comfortable, and clean. The master bedroom is huge and comfortable and quite separate from the second bedroom which is a bit small but the bed was comfortable for our daughter. The flat is in one of our favorite London neighborhoods, close to Clapham Commons and Battersea Park with loads of transportation options to get you all around London. VanZyl was a great host. He is a great communicator and is very proactive. The only thing I would point out is that there are lots of stairs which isn’t a problem for us but might be for some folks.

Alison’s place was everything you could hope for in a find: clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Everything you could think you need was available, and she was very helpful in providing anything extra. The cherry on top was meeting her wonderful dogs, George and Dobi. A fantastic stay overall.

We stayed there after a 36 hour flight from New Zealand and it was a nice quiet place to get over jetlag as it was close to the airport. Horsham is a lovely little town.

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

Tam was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for us 10 minute cab ride from Farham castle for my friends wedding. It was as advertised and great value. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! The property is central with restaurants, pubs, shops and the riverside on your doorstep. We had a girls weekend in Guildford and it was a perfect location to stay. The property is modern, clean and comfortable. Poppy is an outstanding host and will look after your every need.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The kitchen was well stocked and the private outdoor space made meals feel special. We would definitely come back again.

Iain and Georgia were very courteous and helpful. Location perfect for the Underground, 10 mins walk away, accommodation perfect.

I booked Lisa place for my niece, Imogen and her partner as we had a full house and needed extra room. imigen really enjoyed her stay and remarked on how communicative her host had been.

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and friend had a wonderful stay. They loved the beautiful artwork and furniture. It was fun, gorgeous, comfortable in every way. Super location. 5 🌟 and above would highly recommend.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

5**** all round. Neil and his place are amazing! Everything is as it’s described, it’s so fresh and clean inside it feels like you are the first people to stay here. It was very easy to check in and out. Very Peaceful location and a super comfy bed. The accommodation has everything you need and Neil is a GREAT host, very hospitable and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay here again. Thanks again Neil.
