It is on the garden level in a small and quiet residence located in Surtainville, close to Barneville-Carteret and Flamanville on the West coast of the Cotentin. You will appreciate its immense fine sandy beach, along the path of the Douaniers (GR 223), 100 m from the house and its location on the Route des Caps!

The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

You will love this unique and romantic getaway. The Château d'Hémevez offers a decor that belongs to no one else. It is in the central wing dating from the 17th century that we offer you 400 m2 of history, travel, reverie and poetry. Here, no museum castle, or furniture under a bell... we have lunch on pretty Louis XV furniture without compromising on modern comfort (swimming pool obliges). Pool and Tennis at the Orchard

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)

Welcome to our gîte Le Pressoir located in the town of Surtainville, close to all shops (1 min walk: bakery, grocery store, tobacco, hairdresser, 10 min walk: restaurant/bar La Houle à Facette, children's games, surf school). This gîte is ideally located to enjoy the beach 14 minutes away on foot, hiking trails (GR223), water activities, the Anglo-Norman islands (from Carteret or Dielette) as well as other must-see sites of the Cotentin peninsula.
