Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

104 m2 house 100 m from Surtainville beach. From the terrace you will hear the waves. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom and toilet. School holidays, weekly booking. July/August bookings Saturday to Saturday only. outside of school holidays, weekend formula: check-in on Friday from 2 p.m. and check-out on Sunday until 5 p.m. long weekend (May and June) 3 nights minimum.

We decorated and equipped this nice 60 m² T3 as if it were for us. It consists of a living room with open kitchen and balcony, two bedrooms, one with balcony, each with a double bed, shower room and separate toilet. It is located on the 1st floor of our residence with free parking.
