Great stay, cute place. I think it’s newer so everything was updated. Bed was comfortable. Just about all kitchen essentials to cook. The building was very unique and cool. It’s co-op, so eclectic variety of fun offerings. From entertainment to food. Restaurant was very good, coffee shop also nice. Close to front street and beach, but without the noise. Overall wonderful stay. Only complaint was they had bright lights everywhere in the apartment, think office lights, which gives some people (like myself) migraines. Thankfully there was one lamp in living room that was softer warm light which was used at night. Recommend introducing lights that aren’t the brightest available. Still, wonderful stay and highly recommend.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

My husband and I had such a relaxing stay at Linda's! We came for three nights for a family vacation and my sister and my mom both had separate AirBNBs in the same building. Linda's Condo was so nice. When they stopped in, they were so surprised at how nice and clean it was compared to theirs. Linda had all the amenities and was so communicative every step of the way. We loved the little touches she brought to help us have an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

Right on Main Street, just a couple minute walk to the heart of downtown Leland. The perfect home base for relaxing in between beach walks, swimming, shopping, and eating. The attic was larger than pictures showed! There was pretty much everything you’d need to feel comfortable. Nicolle was very inviting and easy to communicate with. Hopefully we’ll be back again!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

The setting on the lake is gorgeous and the small apartment made the most of the space available! We will be back.

Michael's place was great. The view was fantastic, I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise every morning. It was in a good location, it had everything that we needed during our stay, and the house was perfect for hosting my family. Would recommend.

Kari's home on Lake Michigan was wonderful in every way. The property surrounding the house is beautifully landscaped with lovely plants, flowers and tall trees. Much attention to detail was apparent throughout the home. The gorgeous art, accessories, and decor were impeccable. It was apparent that in the decor she kept the historical integrity of a house built in the 1970's while adding a modern & elegant touch. Kari was completely responsive to all questions and concerns. The kitchen, house and garage were stocked with anything you could possibly need or want on a family vacation. The view, the beach, the surroundings couldn't have been more perfect. We would love to have the opportunity to enjoy this home again in the future.

This house is just as promised in all the photos. A beautiful house with a gorgeous view. Kitchen was equipped with all you need to do cooking or dining in while staying. All the spaces were clean and tidy with all the little things thought of like little throw blankets in the living areas to use, to puzzles and family & group friendly games. The hot tub overlooking the private lake access was perfect to enjoy in the evenings. Also the location! Cant beat it, close enough to downtown Traverse City to enjoy all the shopping and restaurants but far enough up on the peninsula to be close to many wineries and the downtown Sutton Bay area. We would definitely recommend this house and will be back when were in the area again.

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

Where do I even begin to describe how amazing Meryl’s home is? It’s one of the most peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable homes I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. From the moment we drove off the road, we were cocooned by soaring trees and a running stream that hugged the border of the house. We felt secluded without feeling isolated. The house is like a retreat, beautifully decorated, quiet and clean, with all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. There were so many wonderful places to recreate and eat in the area. Traverse city was just a short drive away and Farm club was a 3 minute drive. A real gem to have close by. Meryl is such a wonderful host, she helped with so many wonderful suggestions and was very responsive. I highly recommend booking Meryl’s home, except when I want to stay there again 😉.

House location was 12/10. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Walking distance to trails and sits right on the lake. Kids loved playing in and on the water with the kayaks provided. Would highly recommend the home to family and friends and would stay here anytime our family returns to the area. House was as advertised and Joe was very responsive and offered local trails and areas to eat.

Pure heaven! One of the most peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable stays we’ve had! Pristine interior with outstanding views of lake, every amenity (including beach toys) we could have wanted. The perfect couples getaway to recharge our batteries. Would be great for young families too. Bass Lake is divine for kayaking among the lily pads and loons, watching the sunsets, or just chilling on the deck. My husband was pouting all the way home as we hated to leave. Check-in was super easy, everything was top notch start to finish. Can’t wait to rebook next year.

Had a great stay with our two kids (3.5 and 6 yrs old). They were able to share the second downstairs bedroom and had their own bathroom. The place was just like the pictures, very beautiful. Had tons of fun exploring the area, our favorite places were the Grass River Natural area down the street, downtown Bellaire for the brewery and candy store and ice cream store, King Orchard further north was great for the kids, and finally we spent two days at Antrim Beach to play in the sand and look for rocks. Cooked a lot in the kitchen and made smores on the firepit a few times. The only negative is that the house is near a road so although it is very quiet and peaceful, there are occasional cars going by which you can't see but only hear.

Overall very functional apartment for a couple in a desirable location. Very clean and decent amenities. Easy check in and check out. Comes with parking spot which is essential in that location. Fairly quiet. Door lock is somewhat finicky and took 2-3 tries to open door.

The location was amazing, very peaceful for it being right in downtown TC. I would go back for another stay!

Great place! We loved the lake and the lake views. I also loved that there was a beach and pontoon boat rentals were on-site!

Great location. You are right in the woods with the crickets and squirrels, out the back and restaurants and shopping across the parking area out the front. Laura was super responsive for a couple of small questions we had. It's a very special location and very well tended.

In our experience, it's always rare to find a place that lives up to the hype of the description, however in this case, The Nest exceeded the already great expectations as described. Sure, the photos do the best they can to capture the view that is afforded to guests, but walking into the living room and seeing the view is breathtaking. You'll quickly find yourself trying to decide between taking the time to explore the town of Frankfort (which is great), or spending all your time on the balcony taking in the views. It truly was a welcoming accommodation, and we felt at home immediately. Everything you need is available, and we were very surprised by how large the bedroom was. it was our first time to Northern Michigan, and we cannot wait to return. Charlie and Suzy's location will be the first place we check for availability when we do!

The lodge was lovely. Right on the beach in a secluded wooded area. The hosts and other guests were all extremely welcoming.

This place is great! You can walk to downtown Leland in a few minutes and surrounding area is beautiful. Condo is squeaky clean and having a view of the waterway is so nice. Our hosts were great and everything was well explained and communicated.
