Overnacht in één van de mooiste villa's in Friesland. De gehele bovenverdieping heeft u tot uw beschikking. Inclusief badkamer met bad (geen bubbels), een living met luxe bank en televisie met Netflix, Videoland en een mini keuken met magnetron, koelkast en vaatwasser. De accommodatie is duurzaam (nauwelijks gasgebruik) en voorzien van airconditioning in living + slaapkamers. In de wintermaanden kan daarmee verwarmd worden. Er is een laadpaal voor het laden van de elektrische auto (kostprijs).

Welkom in het Friese Wergea, gelegen op fietsafstand van Leeuwarden, van het Nationaal Park de Alde Feanen en van het watersportdorp Grou. Welkom ook in ons oude boerenhuis, waarvan een gedeelte van de voormalige stal omgetoverd is tot een sfeervolle B&B. Bijzonder ingericht met veel kunst aan de muur en een goedgevulde boekenkast. Het b en b bevindt zich separaat en afgesloten van het hoofdgebouw. Eigen ingang, eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Er is één b en b ruimte. Ontbijt inbegrepen.

Eind 2023 hebben wij onze knusse B&B omgebouwd tot een appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. En we spreken uit ervaring want tijdens de verbouwing van ons eigen huis, hebben wij er zelf in gewoond! 🏡 Check ook onze w e b s i t e ! Het verblijf bevindt zich landelijk gelegen, maar ook dichtbij Leeuwarden en Dokkum. De perfecte uitvalsbasis om te wandelen en te fietsen. Luxurious water house (100m2) with a large garden offering lots of privacy. On open waters. Shed for bicycles. Parking for 2 cars and space on the side of the houseboat for a boat with a maximum height of 1.7m. use of 4 x1 pers and 1 x 4 pers canoes in consultation. towel packages can be ordered for a fee. The houseboat is quietly located and is therefore not rented out to young people or for student, drinking and bachelor parties. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the houseboat.

Binnen is een leuke zit hoek, prachtig uitzicht en een gezellige eetkamer met comfortabele stoelen. Het huisje staat naast het natuurkampeerterrein (alleen open in de zomer)

Surrounded by water and nature, it offers a perfect starting point for cycling trips, hikes and water sports e.g. in the nature reserve "De Alde Feanen". The surrounding villages and towns, which convince by their Frisian charm, can be reached within a few km. The house was built in 1917 and is designated as an urban monument in November 2025.

Sleep in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

A unique water villa with a very luxurious look. Our water villa is located next to the marina of Warten near the beautiful nature reserve Alde Feanen. A beautiful part of Friesland, with beautiful sunsets. Around this area, many cycling routes can be found, including the famous ferry route. The parking lot at the water villa has a charging station. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed in the Arkenpark.
