A cottage with a great view of the Great Belt, meadow, lake and river. about 300 meters from the sea. It is 118 km2 large, and accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Large terrace with nice sea view etc. Large garden, gas grill, and plenty of garden furniture, outdoor sink. The living room is large and has a wood-burning stove and heat pump, among other things. 2 km from Ollerup, 3 km from Ballen beach; 8 km to Svenborg/Naturama/cozy harbor town, there is a ferry to Ærø and Drejø. You can visit Thurø, and Christiandsminde beach, Svendborgsund with bridge to Tåsinge, Siø, and Langeland island. On Langeland there is a ferry to Germany. There is also a Castle nearby: Valdemarsslot, Egeskov Castle Hvidkilde castle, and many more. In Fåborg is a ferry to Als. The house has a Enclosed garden, terrace with barbecue, large kitchen with space. South-facing living room with lots of sun, and spa bath.

My accommodation is located 250 m from the water with fantastic nature and lots of wildlife. You will love my home because of the coziness, the tranquility, the outdoor spa and lots of practical equipment that makes everyday life easier but still lots of cottage coziness. There is an electric car charger at the house. For Electricity, DKK 4.5 per KWh is paid. Settled after departure, where it is also possible and buy cleaning (500 kr.) 5 min (car) to the grocery store. 1 min (walk) to the beach.
