Good large dining area indoors and outdoors. Wood-burning stove in the living room (incl. firewood) In the kitchen, there is a new gas stove (electric oven), milk frother, etc.

Charming townhouse - close to everything!

In the eastern part of town is my beautiful house - close to everything. Located on a quiet road and within a 10-minute walk to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is stylishly and spartanly decorated. There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 guests. The house has a sheltered courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bicycle for free use.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available to the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course, you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and vacuum. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.

God plads til 2 voksne med 2 el. 3 børn (el. 4 voksne). Adgang til stor have og hyggelig gårdhave. OBS I skal selv medbringe sengetøj, lagener og håndklæder. PS. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for en ferie i det Sydfynske. Alt hvad du har brug for er i gåafstand, og der er 5 min. til tog, der kører direkte til Odense, Den tillukkede have kan du slappe af i ved grillen, og du er velkommen til at snuppe en tomat , agurk eller majs til salaten.

Cozy little townhouse of 120m2 centrally located in Svendborg. We have a balcony, terrace right in front of the house and many cozy nooks. Our house is on several floors, so we have stairs. (We have a cat, Oswald, and 4 chickens in the neighbor's garden)
