Good large dining area indoors and outdoors. Wood-burning stove in the living room (incl. firewood) In the kitchen, there is a new gas stove (electric oven), milk frother, etc.

Charming townhouse - close to everything!

In the eastern neighborhood, my lovely house is close to everything. Located on a quiet road and with walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is decorated stylishly and spartan. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests. The house has a secluded courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bike for free use.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. In the beautiful Høje Bøge neighborhood with short distance to the city center, beach, forest and shopping. The perfect starting point for a holiday in South Funen. Everything you need is within walking distance, and there are trains that run directly to Odense, You can relax in the enclosed garden by the grill, and you are welcome to grab a tomato, cucumber or corn for the salad, the three hens take care of your morning eggs.

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

“Home with piano and pallet couch, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping, shops, and cafes are a stone's throw away. The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available for the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and swing the vacuum cleaner. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.

Plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 or 3 children (or 4 adults). Access to large garden and cozy courtyard. Note: You must bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels. P.S. There are some deviations in decor with photos of children's rooms. Beds provided voices.
