This holiday cottage with whirlpool and wilderness bath, is located with sweeping views of the water on a natural/beach plot in the small cottage area in Tranekær. The view of the water can be enjoyed either from one of the terraces or you can sit on the shore and enjoy the sounds of the sea with your feet in the water. You can fish right from the beach. The house was built in the '60s, continually refreshed with e.g. renovated kitchen and bathroom with 4-person whirlpool from which you can also enjoy the water views. There is a steam cabin for 2 people. 4 bedrooms. The mezzanine is best suited for children as it is very small. Outdoor shower with hot water as well as a fish cleaning table and a campfire. For children there are swings. The house is heated with a heat pump, reducing the consumption of electric heating. Search for the coziness and tranquility of about 50 m2 of light and nice apartment under the loft in old abandoned broom. 1 of a total of 2 apartment. Newly renovated in the spring of 2021. 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Access to communal swimming pool. Ren Morten Koch idyllic in the countryside, but only 2.5 km to good shopping, and about 10 min drive to fantastic child-friendly sandy beach. Dogs, cats, and horses. Owner lives on the grounds, but in the second long. Fiber network and full TV package.

Pool house for 20 people, spa, sauna, wood burning stove!

I rent out my lovely pool-summerhouse. There is space to meet and relax together, or do a lot of fun activities, as the house includes a large indoor pool with spa and children's pool, sauna, pool table, table football, fire place and large lawn for ball games. The kitchen is ideal for cooking good food together, while the area around the house offers a cozy village environment, beautiful scenery and only 2km to the beach and 500m to shopping. I love my summer house and hope you will love your stay here! :)

Neat, functional

The home is centrally located on the west of Lolland in a small village where there is quiet surroundings and largely no noise from traffic. Your good night's sleep is assured without interruption. The living room is big enough for the whole family to be together, even if the kids play or draw at the dining room, there's still room to enjoy a glass of wine on the couch at the other end of the living room.
