Unique location by the sea on its own rock in shelter from westerly winds. Kitchen, bedroom and living room with 4 beds. Cottage 25 m2, terraces with barbecue grill outside the cottage area. Outhouse with lighting and water, has guaranteed Sweden's most beautiful view. Outdoor shower with hot water protected from view. Boating experience is required to get to the privately owned island. Add at the jetty with stable plastic cake about 5 m with 9 hp outboard, good to fish from. Swim at the nearby jetty or the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Seaside cottage in Bohuslän

The Hattstugan in Hee was designed by the architect Mikael Ellsinger and was completed in the summer of 2024 and is a nice walk (800m) from the nearest swimming area. Experience a truly unique architecture with spectacular seven meters in ceiling height. Relax in front of the fireplace, play games and enjoy the silence. In the nearby area there are plenty of excursions that you can reach on foot or bike. Visit the Valön nature reserve or take a trip up the mountain next to the house with panoramic sea views. Cozy guest house near beach/ocean

The guesthouse contains the living room/kitchen, toilet and loft with beds for two children. Mattress directly on the floor. Living room with kitchen has practical sofa that folds out easily into double bed. Guests take care of cleaning themselves. Towels and bed linen are not included and cannot be rented. 1 car parking space immediately outside guest house. Charge electric car not possible. A good principle - you leave the place as you would like to find it yourself:) There are two rental objects on the property. Rented independently.

Welcome to Slotteberget 9. Bright, nice accommodations with breathtaking views over the open sea. The house is 54 sqm with separate bedroom and bunk beds next to the entrance. Upstairs there is a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The layout is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. A washing machine and extra freezer are located in the garage located wall-in wall with the apartment. Parking is available next to the house. The guesthouse location see the plan sketch. Terraced house in beautiful Gerlesborg near Bovallstrand and Hamburgsund. 250 meters to the Sea, lunch restaurant, art gallery and the picturesque cliffs. The house is part of a private holiday complex of 3500 m2 which is perfect for families with children but is also appreciated by seniors. Here there is a soccer field, boule court, playground where the children have tricycles, swings, sandbox, slide, playhouse, etc. Read a book under a tree by our stream or go to the ocean in a few minutes. ​

Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists collective workshop, artist café (on weekends and all days in summer.) Also close to famous tourist locations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet area, mostly part year residences.

Welcome to Hälldiberget 2. Bright, nice home with breathtaking views of open sea and beautiful mountains. The house, built in Bohuslänsk style, was built in 2021. Open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. The dining room, with its 12 windows to the south, west and north, is open up to nock and seats 8-12 people. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a 120 cm bunk bed. Toys and children's furniture are available. Close to swimming.

Panoramic seaside cabin

Beautifully located authentic cabin close to the sea in the little fisherman’s-village of Bovallstrand, on the Swedish west-coast. The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. You are welcome to enjoy my house as your own and I am so happy I can share my thrill for this treasure with all of you. You are most welcome!
