The house is directly adjacent to the forest where there is a rock labyrinth and the possibility of climbing the rocks. The surroundings of the house are very quiet, the neighbors are in sight but not nearby. In the surroundings you will find everything for your rest but also a number of sports activities, cycling, fishing, canoeing, hiking and more. In the winter season the minimum length of stay is 5 nights. In the summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. There are two apartments for rent in the house, each with a separate entrance.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. Mountain cottages in the Karkonosze Mountains with a beautiful view

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

A small, cozy cottage that provides guests with plenty of privacy by placing our garden at a different height than our house. Layout: Entrance hall with bathroom and toilet, bedroom with double bed, dining table, 2 chairs and TV. Guests can also use the garden gazebo with a fireplace, grill and seating. ChAta has its own private garden where you can relax undisturbed all day. You will only be accompanied by grazing horses and sheep on the adjacent pasture. We will be happy to take you on horseback by arrangement. The location of the cottage is ideal for cycling and hiking, whether to Ještěd, 5 km away, or to the nearby forest for mushrooms and blueberries.
