History behind Svetvincenat leads all the way to Y965 and amazing castle Grimaldi was built around Y1300. This central position gives You possibility for a daily excursions to a beautiful/hidden spots of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Labin) all within 20min drive. Property is set on 1700m2 giving You a complete privacy as house is on the edge of the forest.
