Access to a large pool, orangery, gas grill and Jacuzzi. In the owner's house there is access to a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a small gym. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charger available, SEK 4/kWh.

Restaurants and bars can be found via a barefoot walk further away on the beach. City life and harbor life (Motala) are actually only 4 km away. Bring your own bedclothes. Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This accommodation is located as you can see directly by the sea. The accommodation is modern and well-equipped and what might brighten your stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with seaview. Since the house is located by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large patios with barrelboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborg's GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.
