A nice little house in the countryside perfect for 2 people with 1 child. The house is located with forest, mushrooms, berries and lake around the house. Fishing license is available on site, boat is available to rent for SEK 150 per day. Proximity to skiing and activity facilities. Possibility to rent a wood-fired hot tub for 2 days for SEK 1000. The house is connected to our residential house with access to a large garden with free-range chickens. We are hospitable and happy to offer stories and information about the area. Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Cozy accommodation with lake view in a scenic area. The house was partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Vallåsen Park, which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country ski trails, is only 25 minutes from our cottage. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Villa Holmen erbjuder ett lugnt och naturnära boende, perfekt för familjer och för dig som söker avkoppling och friluftsliv. Huset är barnanpassat och ligger avskilt med närhet till sjö och natur.
