Monthly Rentals in Swinton

This apartment was just what we needed, when staying with our toddler it was a massive help to have a kitchen and front room separate to the bedroom (unlike a hotel) we were able to put her to bed and still watch tv! The bedroom was a great size and easily fit our travel cot which was perfect.

The property was lovely and clean, we were provided with an information booklet which included nearby restaurants and shops, travel advice and much more! The location was perfect, only a quick 25 minute bus to the centre, and very safe and quiet area to stay. The room itself was very spacious with the bathroom having amazing toiletries to utilise, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Jacquie was lovely and communicated well making everthing very clear, with the check in/out, how to get there, and more. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious house with nicely decorated rooms and very comfortable beds. The fully equipped kitchen has everything we needed to prepare our meals, from pots and pans to cutlery and microwave, oven, though we enjoyed takeaways too with many options nearby. Great location with easy access to many key areas such as Manchester city centre and Trafford Centre. The garden was a pleasant bonus. Highly recommend!

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.
