Τα Floran’s apartments, πρόκειται για δυο διαμερίσματα πάνω στο κεντρικό δρόμο της περιοχής του Βροντάδου της Σύρου με θέα την πόλη της Ερμούπολης. Η έμπνευση του ονόματος τους προήλθε από το χαϊδευτικό της γιαγιάς της οικογένειας μας, η οποία διέμενε εκεί και φημιζόταν για το πλούσιο ταπεραμέντο της! Κύριος σκοπός, μας είναι να προσφέρουμε στους φιλοξενούμενούς μας ένα ζεστό περιβάλλον με λυτό στυλ, που να εναρμονίζεται με τον τόπο και να προσφέρει όλα τα απαιτούμενα για μια άνετη διαμονή.

Ma Maison

With expansive views of the sea, the port and the city, the house is located 4 minutes from the central market and the historic center, cafes/bars, shops and public services. The view, from the large terrace, in the evening is enchanting with the lights from the ships, the buildings and the islands of Tinos and Mykonos. For your transportation to the beaches, by taxi and buses, the distance is 5 minutes walk. It is accessible by car which you can park in the surrounding streets.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 κρεβάτια, τηλεόραση και μπορεί να προσφερθεί πτυσσόμενο κρεβάτι μωρού, μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και μπάνιο. Απέχει μόνο 250μ. από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο), 100μ. από την παραλία Αστέρια. Καλή διαμονή!

Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!
