A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Enjoy the unique experience that the location of this summer house offers you,just in front of the beach, relax on the large veranda with the sea view and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Recommended for couples, families and friend groups looking for a quality vacation at the countryside.

Margarita Suite is a new 92 sqm apartment in Ermoupolis, Syros, which continues the tradition of the Markos family of Kini. The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Mansion in the "Vaporia" of Syros

Navirene is located in the center of Ermoupolis, Syros, in the area "Vaporia" on the aristocratic Apollonos Street. It is a neoclassical building built in the last century and later remodeled to serve modern functional needs. It is built on three levels, with its foundations literally in the sea. It is a 150 sqm house that offers comfort to its guests for relaxing holidays in Syros.
