We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Jeleni Jar Apartment No. 4

Have fun with the whole family. The location in the very center of the Table Mountains National Park provides direct contact with nature, peace and quiet. The views of the picturesque mountain ranges, forests and meadows are spectacular and our facility is pet-friendly. Guests have access to a large garden with a playground, a place for a bonfire, a large gazebo with a barbecue, a smaller gazebo directly next to the building, a street workout zone, and garden furniture. Mini spa zone for an additional fee.

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

A mountain cottage with a sauna and hot tub and a living room with a fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Holiday Home Celine is a beautiful, family-friendly holiday home in Markoušovice, near Trutnov. Relax in the private sauna with panoramic views or enjoy the hot tub (available for an additional fee), which heats up to 40°C within just 2 hours. The fully detached house sits on a spacious, private plot featuring multiple terraces, a single-person whirlpool bath, and a shower with massage jets. We created the Salonik apartment with the idea of a cozy space for people who are eager to relax close to nature, who love independence, silence and the warmth of a living fire. Designed for 2 to 5 people, Salonik is just as good for a romantic chillout for two as well as for a family trip out of town. The Salonik apartment with an independent entrance from the outside is a space of approx. 45 m2 of an adapted attic in an old, Sudeten barn.

Chalet Tré

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available right below the cottage.
