Monthly Rentals in Szólád

We spent 4 days in the Garden apartment, we loved it: it is located in a calm environment, yet very close to Lake Balaton. The guest space in the attic is completely separated from the downstairs apartment. The apartment is bright, very spacious, stylishly furnished, two air conditioners in the 35-38 degrees outside. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday life, there is a separate working corner and table. We were also very satisfied with the hospitality: Beáta is an excellent host, her mother is a good conversationalist, Pihe is an immaculate house keeper and playmate, and the neighbors are direct, we also managed to get to know them 🙂 I can highly recommend it.

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. Everything was like in the description. We were 7 people and a dog. Got clear check in instructions. It was very pleasant, cold water and grapes were waiting for us in the fridge. 3 floor house. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom and a large living room with kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a toilet on the 2nd floor. There are also 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 3rd floor. The house has aircon but we didn't need it. All the dishes and lovely brewed coffee are available. We stayed for one night, so I can't say anything about the neighborhood. You can also park 2 cars in the house. The only inconvenience is the road in front of the house , when the windows are open at night, cars are a little disturbed.

We loved the place, a beautiful house, well equipped. We were welcomed by the hosts mother who was explaining everything very well and friendly. We found roses and a bottle of wine at our arrival, this was really nice. The house is like described and the area is very calm. We highly recommend this place.
