Close to amenities & a short 12 minute drive to the Rodeo Drive-in Theater, one of the few drive in movie theaters left!

In early spring thru late spring there are over 2000 tulips and daffodils in bloom! Walking path with specimen shade gardens and seating for sunset evenings for two above the unit +BBQ for outdoor cooking. Our guests have called it a "peaceful sanctuary" . .one queen bed air conditioning!

Our favorite item is the 1950s Wurlitzer jukebox loaded with old classics. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom. Enjoy the workspace, full kitchen, and outdoor picnic and bbq areas. You should have everything you need!
