Incredible spot overlooking the ocean and Cavalli Islands. House is really well laid out for a mixed age group with one bedroom and lounge area seperate from main living. Plenty of parking and room for the boat, fishing was excellent! Great stay for a week.

Was definitely a lovely property!... Very close to our destination...felt very homely and not cluttered at all. I highly recommend this air bnb for future accommodation.

We have previously stayed at Tina’s place, and so knew it would be a great place to return to. As per our last stay it was perfect for our needs. Amazing location and views, all the amenities you could need. We will likely be back ☺️

Lovely spot with the river right there. Spa pool nice to look at stars at night. Lots of bedrooms for family groups. Enjoyed the table tennis. Good location handy to everything.

Top House is on its own headland, super private and quiet. Incredibly peaceful outside and cosy inside. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need. A lovely, light and airy abode with breathtaking 270 degree views over the bays and only 7 mins drive from Russell and 15 mins to the lovely Sage restaurant.

My friends and I had a magical stay at Elaine’s place. Every morning we woke up greeted by the gorgeous bay scenery. The house had everything we need. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment was absolutely brilliant! We only meant to stay a few night but ended up staying more! Kelly was very helpful, and the apartment was perfectly placed in Russell. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved it! Thanks Kelly.

Lovely property with everything you could need! Deborah was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and kind! 5 mins walk to Hihi beach and town only a short 10-15min drive away this is a perfect spot to explore the area. This was the most lovely accommodation! It was clean, well-appointed, and had the most beautiful view of the Bay. Wendy communicated well, and provided easy instructions for entry into the car park, and from there, into the apartment. Our two night stay was extremely quiet, which we expected, given it's not the high season, yet there was still enough going on about town that we never wanted for something to do! The location was absolutely ideal, as all businesses were within very easy, close-in walking distance. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer, and we'll definitely look to return!

A lovely home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Come for the home stay for the view! A spectacular vista, from the Whiria Pa, across the harbour to the golden sand dunes. Also, a great selection of books to while away the hours 🙂 We had the generous bonus of using the down stairs spa as there were no guests. perfect!

The most serene beautiful location. Felt like a million miles from anywhere but best brekkie and coffee just steps from the door and a general store a couple of minutes away with everything you could need. Bed to die for, luxury linens and towels. Possibly the cleanest place EVER. thank you gavin, a perfect stay in a beautiful location.

We had a very pleasant stay here in Paihia with stunning water views. It was peaceful to come home to after touring all day. Easy check-in and good communication from the host. Would stay again!
