The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility on our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner on Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. In the middle of Mönsterås' historic wings, picturesque shops, small cobblestones, square trade and with the church as the closest neighbor is our small house. A house in turn-of-the-century style dating back to the 19th century that has been carefully renovated.

Maria and I rent out our renovated little cottage located in the small, nice Stora Rör, right between Färjestaden (Ölandsbron) and Borgholm. Perfectly located in the middle of the island, for excursions both north and south.
