It is comfortable for 2 people, however, 4 people could make it work since there is a couch that can be pulled out to a bed. It has a Smart TV with Roku, a full kitchen, W/D, bathtub/shower and wifi. Pets are allowed.

We do not have television or hot running water; our bathroom is a cozy outhouse.
