Monthly Rentals in Tampa Bay

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Davean and Tina were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The welcome snacks were very appreciated. Great residential neighborhood—I loved running it during sunset. Would definitely recommend.

It’s my second time staying in Marina’s place and I’m sure there are more to come😊 very cozy, inviting, private and with beautiful backyard, it’s all in one!!! Walking distance to Publix and yo few coffee shops nearby is a big plus! And I just love the feeling of Marina’s place, it’s filled with love! I only have good things to say about Jose's place. My flight arrived a little earlier than expected and Jose was very responsive and flexible which my tired self really appreciated. The place was as listed and super clean, I was actually surprised how much bigger the space was when I arrived. My favorite part was the cozy bed with the amazing AC above the bed that kept me nice and cozy all night. The neighborhood is so chill and I felt comfortable and safe all times of the day. Jose is a really attentive and kind host, I've never had such a host until him. I deeply recommend him when you're in town and looking to be near the airport. Thank you!

Amanda and Steven's home offered a nice respite during my vacation. If you are looking for state-of-the-art, keep looking. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable and cozy and feels like it's giving you a hug, this is the place! Charming space above a garage, the space is clean, roomy, and perfect for a week (or longer!). They left brochures giving tons of recommendations. My trip kept me busy from morning to night, so I was sad I was unable to meet my hosts and their pets. I would absolutely stay here again when I visit in the future.
