A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The Coach House can be found at the end of our private drive approximately 100 metres from Shripney Lane in the grounds of and adjacent to Shripney Manor an ancient family home in Shripney. There is parking for several cars, a rustic south west facing garden with views across agricultural land. There are fields where you have exclusive access to simply chill-out in the seclusion of your own space. 2½ miles from Bognor Sea Front with it's choice of shop's, restaurant’s and take a way's.

Ideal base for exploring the Southdown National Park, Goodwood Estate and just a 10 minute drive to the cathedral city of Chichester. Arundel and Petworth are a short drive away. The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.
